Chris Obear State Farm is searching for a competitive sales professional who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will start with a $40,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses. First year expected earnings are $64,000 - $79,000 with top performers earning $100,000+. We provide paid training, licensing, and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to engage new prospects and follow up with warm leads
- Quote auto, home, life, and health insurance products with accuracy and urgency
- Set and hold 2-4 customer appointments each day and present coverage options
- Close sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with the right insurance solutions
- Track all activity and results in the CRM to stay accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide excellent service to existing customers while cross-selling additional products when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Competitive background (sales, athletics, or performance-based roles) strongly preferred
- Comfortable making 50+ calls/texts per day in a fast-paced office
- Previous experience in insurance or related field preferred

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
